I am currently using Galaxy buds pro and been using it since last year.
Issue: This could sound weird(pun) but here it is.
While using the headset, it's weird that the people around me can listen to my music even when the volume level is at 70% with ANC active.
But it doesn't matter even if I switch to Ambient or None. Now, turn it up to 100, you could figure.
Even with ANC (on) if the volume level is 70 or below, I can hear the outside world which defeats the purpose of ANC and the music volume is low but if I increase well, jumps to my first issue.
-Software is updated.
-Headset is kept clean.
-Tried Accessibility
-Reset is done too.
Any suggestions to resolve this other than "get a new headset" ofcourse.
