Keep in mind, when buying Samsung products, go to the original store. In some stores that sell their products, especially Dubai, the products are brought from outside Dubai and their specifications may not be for the Middle East, European or Japanese. And also maybe a very cheap assembly.

I am working for International Company and I know how to satisfy my customers in the region, so, what prevents Samsung to do the same with their customers is that they are not looking after their service provided and doesn't care at all of their customers especially when they are selling brand new defected products and denying to replace it with a new one because "our policy and the rules in UAE accepting the replacement only within 7 days".
The major upgrade from this watch comparing to watch 5 pro is the bezel which is in my case "defective".
