My advice to everyone, don't buy this watch, I bought LTE version and since day first the rotating bezel not responding, I did a mistake because I waited for update I thought will solve the problem but finally went to Dubai service center after 14 days of using the watch, now it is under repair, how come such new and expensive watch will not be replaced with non defective one? Why it should be repaired? Samsung said "as per the rules here only within 7 days can be replaced" , so after my bad experience with this watch specifically and Samsung generally I am not recommending any of their products to anyone, I am leaving Samsung forever.

Keep in mind, when buying Samsung products, go to the original store. In some stores that sell their products, especially Dubai, the products are brought from outside Dubai and their specifications may not be for the Middle East, European or Japanese. And also maybe a very cheap assembly.

Regarding the replacement please note that this should be decided by the technical report and based on Samsung polices. Hence, for further investigations please make sure to provide us with the service order number to be able to check.

They called me from the service center and said" we cannot replace because it passes 7 days", this means, the watch has major defect and Samsung policy is not accepting to replace the watch, if I am using another watch (with this amount or even less) others will take an action to satisfy the customer.
I am working for International Company and I know how to satisfy my customers in the region, so, what prevents Samsung to do the same with their customers is that they are not looking after their service provided and doesn't care at all of their customers especially when they are selling brand new defected products and denying to replace it with a new one because "our policy and the rules in UAE accepting the replacement only within 7 days".
The major upgrade from this watch comparing to watch 5 pro is the bezel which is in my case "defective".
I am writing here to advise the customers who is intending to buy your products what will happen if they bought any and especially the watch 6 classic LTE version.
