Galaxy Watch 4 disappointment continues

So....if certain functions does not work in SA...WHY do I get a pop up at 20:59 on my watch reading:

"To measure blood oxygen while you sleep, wear your watch snugly...." blah blah blah. At least hide it far away or never remind me of what's not working!!!

To be honest...I don't use all the functions but to have the top of range Samsung watch with features not working is a joke. But like sheep we will just continue supporting them....

They can't even properly manage their notifications for regions that don't have the feature.

I get it that it takes time to deploy but, that's a really long time for their flagship wearables!

I'm also very upset about the fact we don't have those 2 crucial functions in SA.

I'm as heavy upset over this. And to top of, today after only a week I have this deep scratch on my screen. Did not even feel it bump into anything. So much money for this!
