Fit bit 3

Why does my fit 3 disconnect from my Bluetooth. Samsung a56 even though my Bluetooth is on. And won't pair again unless I reset my fit bit

I've updated the firmware, the name of the Bluetooth on my fit bit has changed too, no more my name fit bit.
My daughter's fitbit works fine.
My phone is always close by.
