Camera function on watch

Hello,

I wanted to check if you guys may know why i can't take photos with the camera controller on my watch 4 classic.

The app is there, and when i try to open it says "connexion issue". It never even open the camera app on phone.

I have a Samsung A52 phone, with One UI 5.1... 

Is it an issue of phone software ?
