Help appreciated. I am unable to receive Botim app calls or messages in samsung ultra watch though I receive all other apps notification. Any solution for this please. (it's not anything with the setrings)

I guess it is related to Botim not being supported on Watch. May be.

Also another issue I saw was that Botim app need to active (NOT in background) to receive calls, messages on my S23.

Sorry I can't give solution as I do not use Botim much, mostly I use WhatsApp and it works fine.

We apologize for the issue you're experiencing. Please try the following steps:

Check Permissions:

Go to Settings on your Galaxy phone.
Tap on Apps.
Select the app in question.
Tap on Permissions to view and adjust the permissions as needed.
Reinstall the App: Uninstall the app and then reinstall it from the Galaxy Store.
Check with the app developer
Raise an Error Report:

Launch the Samsung Members app.
Tap on Support, scroll down, and select Send feedback.
Tap the pen button and select Error reports.
