I'm not sure why it's not in stock to buy in kuwait. so was wondering if any call backs or late deliveries

I bought Bud 3 Pro on 19-08-2024 but right-side bud not working from day one and giving bad sound.

Yes my mic is not working in calling,I can hear if I record or send voice not..but while calling other person can't hear me,sometime I can't hear while doing diagnosis
