Today was nothing short of extraordinary – Galaxy Unpacked 2025 was everything I had imagined and more. It’s hard to put into words how surreal it felt to be part of an event I’ve been following for years. I’ve spent countless Unpacked moments glued to YouTube Live, setting reminders just to catch the unveiling of Samsung’s latest devices. Those “wow” moments, the aura, the magic – they’ve always been special. But this year, being selected to attend in person took the experience to an entirely new level.
Unable to sleep from all the excitement, I was already up by 5:00 AM. The buzz of anticipation was unshakable. I wore my new hoodie, part of the thoughtful welcome pack arranged for Samsung Members Stars and headed down to the ballroom for breakfast. Everything was perfectly arranged, giving me a chance to meet fellow Members and connect before the big day.
By 7:00 AM, we were gathered in the hotel lobby, ready to depart for the Mega Unpacked event at SAP Center in San Jose. Everything was so well-organized – clear wayfinding, friendly Samsung team members guiding us, and a supportive atmosphere that made everything seamless. During the bus ride, we were greeted with water and stunning views, but the real highlight was the conversations I had with fellow Members. We chatted about the new Galaxy S25 lineup, shared stories of our favorite Galaxy devices, and speculated about what surprises the event might hold. It’s amazing how this shared passion instantly connects people from across the globe.
Upon arriving at the SAP Center, we were welcomed in true Samsung style. A special line was dedicated to Samsung Member Stars, making us feel like VIPs. Personalized badges, warm smiles, and exceptional planning set the tone for the day. Samsung’s attention to every detail made it clear just how much they value their community. The energy inside the SAP Center was electric – you could feel the excitement building as everyone eagerly awaited the main event.
And then, it happened: the unveiling of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Seeing the sleek design, innovative AI features, and next-level advancements was truly breathtaking. The way Samsung presented each feature, with heads of departments sharing their insights, was both inspiring and informative. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Samsung surprised us with the reveal of the Galaxy Edge – a vision for the future that left us all in awe.
One of the most unforgettable moments was meeting TM Roh for a group photo. Being surrounded by fellow Member Stars, all sharing the same admiration for the man who leads this incredible brand, was something I’ll cherish forever.
Next, we headed to the experience hall, where we got to interact with the new Galaxy devices firsthand. The S25 Ultra was absolutely stunning, with its Titanium Green color standing out as a personal favorite. The excitement in the room was palpable as everyone explored the devices, tested features, and marveled at the new innovations.
Lunch was arranged at Meso Mediterranean, and once again, Samsung’s thoughtful planning shone through. The food was amazing, and the conversations were even better. I exchanged thoughts with other Members about the S25 series and reflected on how Samsung makes every part of the experience feel personal and meaningful.
The afternoon took us to a workshop, where Team Galaxy – a group of talented influencers – introduced themselves. My group was assigned Chinatown as the location for our Galaxy trailer mission, using the new Audio AI Edit feature. The highlight? They handed us the Galaxy S25 Ultra to use for the mission. Holding it in my hands was surreal, and seeing its performance in action was beyond impressive.
Later in the day, we had the honor of meeting Mr. Sung Chang and Mr. MinSeok Yang from Samsung. Their Q&A sessions were not only insightful but also inspiring. They listened to our ideas and answered our questions with genuine interest, making us feel like an integral part of Samsung’s journey.
The day wrapped up with the Galaxy Unpacked Night, where we took group photos with TM Roh and mingled with influencers. I was lucky enough to get a personal selfie with TM Roh himself, he was very kind and I said Thankyou for giving us the amazing Galaxy experiences he smiled and thanked. I even got to meet Marques Brownlee (MKBHD) and took another memorable selfie. These moments felt like the perfect celebration of an already incredible day.
As we made our way back to San Francisco, the energy on the bus was infectious. Everyone was talking about their favorite colors, features, and moments from the day. At the hotel, the Samsung team had arranged a pizza dinner in the ballroom, where we gathered to share stories and reflect on the unforgettable experience.
