Problem samsung don't care about their customers. They want u to buy their product every year and if u don't then they don't give u updates or keep the new features that your phone supports to their new product. My wife always laughs at me coz with iphone its different. They get everything with the update but samsung no, even if your phone can support it u cant get it. Am leaving soon and it hurts me coz i have used samsung since the E250 slide models 😒😒😒😒
