You'll have to also turn off auto blocker to install unknown apps, follow path
Settings> Security & Privacy> Auto Blocker
turn it off too, otherwise you won't be able to install unknown apps, it proctect your device from installing such accidentally from the internet & other related threats, after installing don't forget to turn it back on
