Not able to charge battery with power adaptor

Not able to charge the battery  with power adaptor  but able to charge with USB connectivity on the laptop. Using same charging cable, I also tried different  power adaptor but getting this issue. Any changes need to do in settings? Please help

While connect the cable keep the phone on and you get a notification USB connect 😏
