Weird notification on drop down panel

Hi guys, anyone has this weird notification and can't seem to access it? I've tapped on it and nothing shows up. I just updated the software.

Ps: it's a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4.

Please tap those three sub menus in the drop down and check wheather it's gone.

I did and nothing, see the first and second pic. It's so weird. 🤷🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️

Actually we have an "Edit button" at the top, and if we touch there, it'll disappear. It's usually provided to inform some new feature in the button panel.

Yes, yes..thats why I asked what happened on my phone its normal, but not on my tablet. The pic below is menu from my phone.

This is for new option been added or reorganize to. Just tweak little hard to find out.
