I've called, emailed been on social media but still no response or an apology, I' placed my trust and a large sum of money in samsung, but there has been no response. I am about to lose a big client due to the wrong Information on a purchase I made, if it was just one person hiving the wrong Information I would understand but 4 trained support staff now that is a problem, ive even asked if they could source me a tablet that supports the s pen but still no response. I have a team of designers unable to complete a job due to misinformation, even when I explain that if the tablets I bought didn't support the s pen it would be a huge problem, I was still told the tablets I but do the T295 she said they are 100% certain only after I had paid and gotten back to my studio did I find out that they dont support the s pen. I need a resolution ive used samsung devices at my design studio for years this can't be how a problem like this is managed.

Hi yes but, this has caused a huge issue for me, I explained to the support staff that she needs to be sure that the tablet is compatible as I would lose a huge client if it was not the case she assured me and even called me to say she is 100% certain that it does support the s pen, which I found out was not the case.
