I've had my Samsung tab s7 for a bit of a while now and I can honestly its a very great device but unfortunately I am facing one issue and that being my side button, (The button you use to turn on and turn off) the issue is that whenever I press it, it doesn't work so if I have to turn on my tablet I have to double tap the screen which can get annoying, Any help?
Try without a case or with another case it would be affected by cases i had the same problem but after changing cases it works like factory or at least better.
We would like to thank you for your valued feedback about the product. However, go to setting and find side key option and make it as on and off button.
