TabletsThere are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the Smart Select cropping issue on your Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Plus:
Restart your device: This simple step can often resolve minor software glitches that may be causing the problem.
Check storage space: Insufficient storage space can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior in apps. Make sure you have enough free space on your device.
Check for software updates: An outdated operating system or other system apps can sometimes interfere with Smart Select functionality.
Go to Settings > Software update.
Download and install any available updates.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below:
1. Launch Samsung Members app.
2. Tap on Support, Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports (feedback).
3. Choose a Category below.
4. Make Sure That Send System Log Data is selected to help resolve your questions quickly and describe your problem in detail.
5. Change the Frequency to Whichever You Prefer.
6. You Will Get a Response Notification Shortly from Samsung.
