I bought the Galaxy Tab S9+ to use in the classroom. The tablet needs to connect to an Epson EB-X18 via a visualiser. Tablet mirroring doesn't work and Dex says, "Monitor or TV can't display Samsung DeX. Your monitor or TV isn't working correctly, or the current resolution isn't supported by Samsung DeX." Funnily enough the above message displays perfectly on the projector screen but everything else is blurry.
Power saving is off. I've tried the Samsung USB C to HDMI cord. I've tried el cheapo cords. I've tried Finelock with Multistar. I've tried changing the projector screen resolution.
It's a easy fix..but took an hour to figure, ignore that funny message; go to samsung dex on your device; the tablet, click on the left lower corner to activate the TouchPad then select ok. It should be fine
Thanks for trying, I gave it a go. It doesn't work either.
I did disable Dex and that let me display to the projector briefly. But it only let me show 3 slides and then it cut out. I'll fiddle around with the tablet some more but I've got to be honest, this is frustrating and the tablet's become a white elephant.
