I finally got my  Galaxy Tab A7 Lite after waiting since February for this to arrive. Only to find out the Sim tray is defective and will not accept the Sim card. 
Please advise who I can contact to have this rectified ASAP.

If I am not mistaken the free Samsung Tab A7 Lite was the WiFi version only. It will not work with a Sim Card
