I have an S9 Ultra Tablet and the sound quality is awful since the 6.1.1 Update. There is no bass and it sounds extremely thin. When I activate Dolby Atmos it's even worse. Watching movies and listening to music is terrible. When will this issue be rectified? I cannot wait months for UI 7.0 to sort this out. I didn't spend R30000 on a device only for it to be unusable. Can the 6.1.1 Update be rolled back?
Hi Samsung is aware of the problem atleast for the S23 series dont know about the S9 ultra tabs.But I read of the dolby atmos not working properly after One UI 6.1.1 and Samsung should release a fix soon.
What you should do in the meantime is report the issue on the members app
There is no answer regarding this from Samsung, hence my query. I can not be expected to wait months for this to be rectified, and my tablet is practically useless in the meantime.
