Hello everyone! My tab s9 plus isn't receiving any updates since October and I'm stuck on what I must do. I recently repaired it around that time so maybe that is affecting it but I honestly don't know. Feedback would be great if possible!

Some updates roll out in phases depending on the region. Check Settings > About tablet > Software information and compare your version with the latest available for your region.

Boot into recovery mode (turn off the tablet, then hold Power + Volume Up until the Samsung logo appears).
Use volume buttons to navigate to Wipe cache partition, select it with the power button, then reboot.

Try Samsung Smart Switch:
Connect your tablet to a PC using Samsung Smart Switch and check for updates.
