Low video playback resolution on s7 fe

Guys I just recently bought a Samsung tab s7 fe and the video playback is awful. A 1080p video on YouTube or Netflix looks like it's playing at 480p. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue

Yeah I did, 4k literally looks like 1080p.

How do you set a video to 4K i literally dont have that option on youtube only 1080p

Tried downloading a movie in 1080p the movie isn't even shape at all. It is possible that a new device takes some time to adjust to video content. I've seen this on an iPhone 11 pro max video quality was so bad but with gradual use it improved. I'm now starting to think that's the issue with my tablet
