I recently upgraded and they said I can claim a galaxy tab which I did a few weeks back but I have not received any response or updated that all paperwork is in order and that I can expect it anytime soon. Anyone else have this problem?

Which Galaxy tab? I'm still waiting since the 8 of feb 2022, I've called samsung to enquire and I was told to wait

The galaxy tab that they were offering as free if you were to upgrade your phone to the S21fe. I'm not sure the exact model number of the tab. All I know is that I would receive a free tab if I took this particular phone, now that I'm locked into a contract with them I have not heard 1 single response from them. Not even an email, text, or phone call, nothing!! 've been scammed, ifn

Me 2 , I also upgraded to a S21 FE and was told that I could claim a free tablet once I register which I have done, and that was the last I heard of it, I took a Screenshot of the confirmation code that it generated and it said that it would be delivered in 4 to 5 working days but I have since not have any further response

Does it take a month to deliver I have claimed a month ago but still waiting for delivery. How long does a caurier IT takes to deliver around south Africa. If they take so long to deliver a parcel to their customers their services is very bad and suggest that samsung use another caurier company or ask customer to collect from samsung stores

Hey all, anyone received any update on this or maybe the tab? I'm not sure but I think it's past claim date, I don't know if the claim was even successful due to no communication! This is quiet frustrating.
