TabletsDear All,
My Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6'' (SM-W620) with Windows 10 is not charging. While plugged in it constantly shows red light and it doen't charge. My battery is now stuck at 1%. The tablet works normally when plugged in, but at the same time the battery is idle and it doesn't charge. It doesn't signalize any error.
Battery application shows that battery health is excellent. I have tried different chargers, cables, charging in safe mode, reinstalling battery drivers, reinstalling windows, updating all samsung drivers... But nothing works.
Is it a common problem for galaxy book 10.6, because there are no more batteries on the market to replace mine?!
Is there a solution to this problem? Is it BIOS or Win10?
Thank you for any solution I could try!
Best,
Markie
