I have an issue of when sd card gets to around 75gb full I get message card can not be used. Sd card is 256gb.

75gb consists of mainly 35gb mp3 music / whatsapp images&videos / pictures when issue occurs 

Checked card by formatting then putting well over 100gb of films onto it and tablet reads it ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

connect pc then format.........may be causes some system files

u can format 3ways .......means different file types.......also check with ...........any shared partion........

Card was formatted to exfat as the tablet formats it to that, no known extra partitions, card checked on pc also

first format .....then copy ..... make full256 gb ur card in pc then put ur mobile ......then again format
