For that application you need to really push, send emails make calls over and over again. I claimed on the 13 Jan still waiting, atleast now I can track it shows that it in transit and I'll receive it tomorrow. So yeah it delayed for me u don't know about others

I don't think it a fraud, at first I also thought it a fraud cause they were not responding to my emails...I'll come let you know once I receive mine
