someone people might want to save their battery but don't know how this feature helps preserve your battery health if you plan on keeping your device for longer charging your phone to 100% repeatedly can slightly shorten the battery's lifespan due to heat generation and the stress on the battery from continuous tricks charging after 100% modern smartphones have safeguard to prevent overcharging and potential safety hazards but keeping the battery between 20% and 80% is often recommend for optimal longevity.

Is basic the best maybe I'll also switch to it 🤔 well I'm not a Samsung user that much I use apple so I don't know everything about it

Basic just stops charging at 100% and prevents overcharging.My device last longer on a full charge then 80%

Oh ok so I should change my settings to basic isn't charging your to 100% resulting to battery degradation over time?

They say that yes but if you are going to charge your phone to only 80% for example then your charge wont last as long as 100% charge would.Which will lead you to charge up to twice a day in some cases and that would degrade the battery faster my friend

For an example I don't allow my iPhone to drop up below 20% and I don't charge up to 100% I keep it at 85% and my battery health is still at hundred percent and it's daily driver phone it also last i charge it at night than use it whole day by the end of the day usage it will be around 30% minimum then I juice it to 85% my got this iPhone at launch till today my battery health never dropped it's still at 100% and my cycle count is at 456
