Secure FolderThank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely regret the frustration you are facing with Secure Folder, Samsung Wallet, and Samsung Pass not functioning on your device. We understand how important these security services are for daily use.
The message indicating unauthorized software is installed may appear when the device security environment is restricted or when the device configuration does not match supported regional service requirements. Even if the device is new and Knox shows normal status, these services require full security validation at the system level.
Please try the following:
- Ensure the device software and Google Play system update are installed to the latest available versions.
- Restart the device and try creating Secure Folder again.
- Back up your data and perform a factory data reset, then test Secure Folder before installing any applications.
