Couldn't create Secure Folder Unauthorized software is installed. Secure Folder can't be used on this phone.

Samsung wallet no work

All my apps are from the Google Play Store. I took the phone out of the box and turned it on. All I did was add Wi-Fi, Gmail, and my Samsung email. Then I immediately went to the secure folder, and this message appeared right away. I hadn't done anything, and when I asked, they told me the status was being checked and to wait. Four months later, the same thing happened.

Really bad to hear that. I checked with my friend's phone (s23 ultra) no issues with the user experience

My device was previously a Note 9 and I enjoyed the Secure Folder. I switched to an iPhone and now I'm back with an S23 Plus and I'm shocked by what I'm experiencing.

The device is very beautiful, elegant, fast, and wonderful; it rivals the iPhone and updates itself automatically, with everything up-to-date. My problem is with Samsung's apps and services.

Everything is up to date with the latest system update: Google Services, Google Play, KineX Firmware, everything... The device works perfectly, and all updates are working. The strange thing is, I received updates for Samsung Wallet and Samsung Pass, but they don't work with the Secure Folder, haha. It's so odd.

I did what you said and more. Read the messages carefully and don't reply without knowing. I said before that I bought the phone, took it out of the box, and entered my email address for startup. After startup, I went to the secure folder, but it wasn't working, and then to SAM services. So please read carefully and educate yourself before commenting.
