Quiet Mode

The secure folder stopped working for me saying that it is in a Quiet Mode, how can I reach to that, I tried to contact with Samsung support team they said that:

     "Kindly note that work mode tile was              getting added for secure folder too,                quiet mode should not be called for                secure folder. Add recovery code to get        secure folder out of quiet mode."

I've never seen any setting about Quiet Mode, how can turn it off for the secure folder.

When I turn it on it just crashes and go to home screen

Please try it in safe mode.
(Press and hold the power off button. ( 🔴 Red button on the screen).To exit the safe mode, just restart the device).
If that doesn't work, reset your settings (Settings > General management > Reset > Reset all settings). Please note that, this will reset all your settings to factory default, but no data will be lost.

I haven't set something like that, but if that so, how to disable it?

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to get the device checked out by a technician

Find the nearest service center to you on Samsung.com

There is no Samsung Service Center in my region
