Can't move items to secure folder after 4.0 UI update

Why Can't I move items to the secure folders after the android 12 and 4.0 UI update? Any help?

Don't expect anything from Samsung. I experience everyday some new issue on UI related. They just need to learn from Mi UI. Just to share you cannot view call history for the period you want. Samsung will decide that you cannot review more than 45 days that too after recent update.....Google Indic keyboard deleted and now unable to install post UI4 update.

Facing this issue post software update by samsung to UI4. I am frustrated with not able to install Google Indic Keyboard after repeated attempts (uninstalling play store updates, restarting phone and many other methods). Very poor on samsung part.

There are no such major issues at all for One UI 4. You all need to Factory Reset your phones to get rid of 99% bugs.
This is applicable to ALL Samsung Android smartphones (other phones have different methods for backup or different combination for Recovery menu, but the basic idea of 'Factory Reset' is recommended for all Android phones).

I am able to move all the things from in & out from Secure Folder without any issues (I do Factory Reset my phones always after any MAJOR Android update).

The bug-free and smooth performance you get is phenomenal.

Yes, this takes some of those precious hours of your life for the entire process, but the effort is totally worth it.

Is it necessary to factory reset after the update?

It is recommended to do so after any MAJOR Android update.

I've got same issue after installing android 12 on my SG S20 ultra, you select the files you want to move and it's starts to transfer them to secure folder then a pop up appears saying they cannot be transferred! Well annoying 😤
