It's available globally, yes. If you have it installed already, the modules should show in your app and just work. I'm on XFA and thought it's gonna disappear like usual, but I can download the modules in the app and use it.

I'm on xfa and I don't see it in the Galaxy store

Only some of the modules are there, but like I previously mentioned if you had it installed and kept it up to date the modules should all be there in the app when you open it.
