Samsung wallet isn't available in store

I recently purchased the s24 ultra but unfortunately I was surprised to find that samsung wallet app doesn't work. The app is not available on the galaxy store at all when I search for it. I found it on Google store but it still doesn't work.

I've updated the device's software and reinstalled the app several times from Google store along with restart the device but the issue remains the same. 

It's disappointing that I purchased samsung's latest flagship device, yet I'm unable to make payments via my mobile. 

If there are any solutions please let me know. 

P.s . The software version is for ksa, but I'm leaving in uae.

You need to purchase phone from country where you live.
If your phone is from KSA then Samsung Wallet will be initially should be activated in KSA.

Later you can you it in 🇦🇪 or other countries.

For example, I have S23 which I bought in 🇮🇳 and I activated Samsung Wallet in India, added my Indian cards, Bank account there. Now I am in 🇦🇪 and I can also add my UAE Bank cards in it.

From above screenshot it is clear that your handset is of Korean origin as there are South Korea operators are shown.
Hence you will not be able to activate Samsung Pay in UAE.

If your region does not support this option, it wouldn't work . Depending on the policy of the country, if they activate
