I understand the situation, CSC codes are tied to the original sales region of the device, and that’s why your phone is still showing Mexico (MXO) even though you’re using it in Oman. Because of this, some services like Samsung Wallet can be restricted.
At the moment, CSC codes can’t change automatically based on location, as they’re linked to region-specific software builds, regulations, and banking certifications. The only way to use services like Bank Muscat on Samsung Wallet is if your device’s CSC officially supports Oman.
Your suggestion about auto-activating CSC based on current country is a really good one. I’ll make sure to pass this feedback along, since it would definitely help users who move between regions. For now, the best option would be to use an Oman-specific device or contact Samsung Support to check if they can help with a CSC reconfiguration.

Samsung PayI understand now why my phone shows MXO CSC and why Samsung Wallet is restricted. Hopefully in the future Samsung can make CSC activation easier for users who move between countries.
