Hello, just bought the galaxy watch 7, it has the ecg app, and its asking to download app on my s24 ultra. But the phone is not downloading saying itis normt available here in Zambia. I feel ripped off because, there alot of watches and phones which are way cheaper than your devices and have the ecg apps. Samsung let's be considerate.
I know Samsung Health is your go to app for the Watch Health features it is not region locked at all. You also have wearable app that is also not region locked.
