My name is suzy from Nigeria 🇳🇬.  I brought a Samsung galaxy A73 on the 23rd of December 2023.started making use of it on the 6th of January.  On the 18th in that same month of January I noticed that the new phone started heating up I had to go back to where I purchased the Samsung device which they referred me to their service care center. Since then is one storytelling, storyline from Samsung.  All what I have been hearing is  24hours, 48hours, 3working days, 5working days. Please @everyone @everybody should help me I need a brand new phone from Samsung. Not a repaired phone . The grace period is over  please help me . Thank you so much.

What were those intervals for? Did they tell you to wait for a response or to wait for your phone's repair while it's in their possession?
