GALAXY NOTE 10 PLUS NOT RESPONDING

I installed the latest update for galaxy note 10, since then my phone lost its sensitivity to my fingers, it doesn't respond to fingers operations. 

It only respond and operate when I use my S.pen. 

What can I do to fix the problem.

reset your phone, the night have been problem with your update

first try a partial reset. if it doesn't work, try a full reset. There are a lot of videos on YouTube on how to do that.

Erase your phone but before you do backup your data to SMART SWITCH where your data will be safe after you erased your phone everything should be fine

The Screen Jamming is caused by new software update i installed.
I will wait for a new software update to fix the bug...
