I just wanted to let all of you who have suffered and are suffering at this ridiculous process... that there is light at the end of the tunnel and what's for you will never miss you. Be strong and persistant as this process has its days.
Hopefully, Samsung will improve their methods and I want to share the good news that I have received and used my voucher today. Hopefully all goes well for Samsung and us all from here on.
I mentioned that I am one of many and I reiterated in my note of thanks to help people on this app and ammend their systems.
I hope and pray all goes well for each and every one of you with outstanding vouchers.
Today I have seen the beauty of people who do their jobs well.
So it is with a grateful heart ❤ that I say Thank you to everyone who has shared this difficult time with me and helped me.

May we take a lesson from this and do our best in everything we do, always.
Why would anyone be ordinary when we can be exceptional?

That's such great news.Im so happy you finally got it.
I am still waiting for some sort of response from Samsung.I have yet to receive some feedback or something from all these escalations.
