Wallet Promotion Competition

[Jammin]

Hi, honestly, I don't understand the wallet competition and coupons situation and I never see any winner being selected... so how do we know these promos are actually legitimate?

I would love to understand how these things actually work. Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
