I am unhappy Customer, last year I bought a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, that comes out with a 32 Samsung TV, I received my phone and made the claim and it was valid, my TV license was new paid up to date.

I made communication with Samsung consultants throughout the Year, I never received a message or an email even telling me that there's is a delay.

Eventide I call in the call center I am told it's in process to be dispatched until now December 2021.

I called for the whole year asking my TV, what does it mean the promotions are a lie πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I am dissatisfied and disappointed 😞, please advise me, I have tried everything.

Or should I take this to the social media, maybe it's many of Us.

I know your frustration, I can only say hang in there, I eventually got mine 3 months back.

This is truly very incompetent of them.
