I took the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE two for one promotion however I still haven't received my Galaxy Tablet as advised delivery turn around time is 7 to 10 working days however it's been 30 days but still nothing. I received an email advising to be patient but I think I've been more than patient. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is terrible customer service on samsungs end!!!
I have the same problem I've been waiting 2 months now for my tablet when I called I was told to be patient it would come gave me a turn around time of 5 days then was asked to wait a week then called again and was advised to wait .no customer service whatsoever
