Samsung free gift promotion lies

Samsung encourages one to spend the most money their latest phone will ever cost becuase its brand new and comes with promotional gifts.

You do just that and then you never get anything. You get passed from pillar to post and then lied to saying your case is being marked as urgent and has been escalated. That is not possible if it's been 3 months and still not a word from a dispatch or courier.

Samsung this seems to be a trend with your promotions looking at the forums on this app, and you clearly need to improve your marketing game!!!

No I haven't, my claim was approved on 9 March and was supposed to take 14 working days.
