Redeeming Galaxy Earbuds

How do I check on the progress of my free galaxy earbuds gift. I filled in the promotion forms, supplied all that was asked on the form but have not yet received any email or any correspondence about them?

After 2 or 3 days after submitting my claim I received an email that my claim has been successful and they'll submit my details for delivery. This will apparently take 7-14 working days.

I received this on 7 Mar... haven't heard anything since.
