Missing Promo

I have just purchased my Galaxy Z Flip from a store adnwas told I need to redeem my launch gifts via the Member App using two promotional banners. I have looked, everywhere, is it just me, the only z Flip banner is the pre-order now one?

I called promotions and they said they will escalate , whatever that means, If they don't give the voucher its false advertising .
