Camera settings

Greetings

 I'm having problems with my camera gallery. All the pictures I take after a while they just disappear. This is very frusting. I've tried to check my setting and I can't seem to figure out the problem. I'm using the A32. Please help

Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the inconvenience.

Clear the cache of the 'Gallery' app. This may appear as 'Album' on some devices.

To clear an app's cache:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.

Also ensure that your software is updated
