My dear we already contacted with them and they don't care it should be through Samsung cuze for sure you have contract with them to give this promotion so please solve the problem we did our best and contacted with them your part by pushing them to solve our problem

this subscription was free for me as I am redeem through Samsung Member User . Also, I am unable to cancel the subscription as Error message (OR; 250) is displayed.


It is not fair enough to inform the user that it is free for 6 months  and then later charge against it .

My Free subscription is valid until the 11th November 2022. It is really disappointing for me.
