After the entertainer problem I face a new one with the OSN+ offer you give promotion for free six months and today I received a message to tell me that they cut the monthly amount from my credit after one month can you tell me what happens

this subscription was free for me as I am redeem through Samsung Member User . Also, I am unable to cancel the subscription as Error message (OR; 250) is displayed.


It is not fair enough to inform the user that it is free for 6 months  and then later charge against it .

My Free subscription is valid until the 11th November 2022. It is really disappointing for me.
