Im a young innovator in South Africa, currently 16 years old. 

I have a project, but need support, building a prototype, and possibly manufacture devices in the future.

@Munatsi399 I would advise you take extra caution before clicking web links.
Try to think this way: If this person is asking for sponsorship, it's for what project? As there are no details of the project whatsoever in the post.
Secondly, why would someone asking for sponsorship ask possible sponsors to take a survey?

The link given is a survey that serves as an introduction to my science project.
In other words, it is two different request.
