Hello SAMSUNG, I am having a huge problem, my device keeps on popping that it has moisture I can't charger it.

I have tried all the tricks to solve the problem no luck I just can't.

Please help me with this.

It's very annoying because when my phone is flat I can't do anything

Switch it off then plug the charger leave it on for some few minutes, then unplug and switch the phone on and charge it

You can also try cleaning the USB port and the inside of the charging pin with some toothbrush and sterile alcohol. Let it dry out, then try charging again.

When this comes up and I really need to charge my phone, I found turning off the fast charge option doing the trick. It could be annoying at times because there wouldn't be any moisture nor debris in the phone. I think the feature is bugged. Or perhaps we're being silently shifted to the era of wireless chargers only.
