what are good ways to cool my phones, especially in the summer

Depending on your device you get these type of coolers especially for gaming. S24 Ultra this doesn't do well as the phone gets hot next the cameras I just remove my case🤦‍♂️ I tried it once and didn't make much of a difference in the overall temp.
