Wifi calling

I do have Samsung a32 4g it has a wifi calling but when I switch it on it is not working can someone help

You have to be connected to wifi in order for wifi calling to go on

I'm using wifi where I'm since I don't have cell phones service

When wifi calling is on then put on airplane mode, wifi calling should work then, while connected to a wifi network (if not, check if your network carrier can activate the wifi value added service)

Thank you maybe I will check with my service provider, because I tried putting it in airplane mode

Yeah then wifi calling also needs to be activated by the network... also, remember to tick "mobile network preferred" under the "calling preference"

Does the wifi calling icon show next to your battery icon?

It doesn't show even if I switch it on
