Wifi & Bluetooth not responding

Hello I am using Samsung A10s and when I try to turn on Wifi and Bluetooth they do not respond. I tried do all reseting option that are available and the so-called factory data reset but nothing helped. What could be the cause of that and how could I go about it?😒

Same here! Mine too does exactly what your phone does even the Hotspot it's unable to turn on

So it can't connect or it won't turn on after the reset?

You phone will need to be taken Samsung service center for software reload
