Good day samsung how are you.s doing today I would like to why most of us in south Africa haven't received the samsung android 16 u.i 8.0 or 8.5 software update yet like samsung said at beginning of the month it will be released on the 2 of October and it's already the 5 October it is extremely disappointing especially for those of your customers that are in western cape like me I am parow cape town western cape south Africa using vodacom and cellc and telkom and I still haven't the samsung android 16 u.i 8.0 or 8.5 software update 

And my software update components are up-to-date 7.5.13

And 4.3.33

Which are the recommend versions for the new samsung android 16 one u.i 8.0 or 8.5 software update

I know it's frustrating not to get your Samsung's OS update on time, but please try not to reveal too much of your personal info on a public forum, even if you need help from an official source.

You can reveal as little as you can as a conversation starter, then gradually reveal what's necessary only when asked by someone willing to help, even if it's someone from Samsung.

There are bad actors out there who can use even the tiniest details for malicious purposes.

Also, you don't need to worry about yet One UI 8.5, it's not officially out for anyone. Even Samsung hasn't released a copy to anyone other than their employees. It's just that some tech savy individuals managed to get themselves an early unstable copy.

But they should have it ready by the time they release next year's phones

Firstly
You should never reveal so much personal information about your device, which can lead to a lot of bad things that you would not want to happen, as @Jake65 in your comment section said, and he is telling the truth

Secondly
One Ui 8.5 is only available to Samsung employees who are working on it as it is not yet officially out and will only come out next year, firstly with the upcoming S26 lineup. If you see Articles of people talking about One Ui 8.5, they are just talking about leaks and rumors of what could be coming in the update as they got their hands on some leaked information and that version of One Ui 8.5 is not a stable version, it is just being worked on

Thirdly
Not everyone in South Africa has the new Update (One Ui 😎 as it gets released in stages depending on devices and also Service providers and build number of your device. So it takes some time for your device to get the update, so please be patient as you will get it. It just takes time. Like for example, when One Ui 7 was being released for my phone, some people in south africa got it and some never due to service providers and build numbers being different as this takes time for everyone to get it
